Transformed Treasures Tuesday no 20
Time for transformed treasures Tuesday no 20. This mirror I found at Goodwill 3 weeks before Christmas. I knew would be the perfect Christmas gift for my good friend. Whom had been on the hunt with me for a mirror she could hang in her bedroom. She had even tried to convince me that I might have one too many mirrors in my bedroom. She might actually be right. 😉 But let’s not tell her that. So back to her perfect Christmas gift that she actually got from me some time in January. I showed it to her for Christmas knowing full well she would want me to revamp it. She choose to go with a dark grey called graphite by Annie Sloan chalk paint.
It really was a quite the easy transformation for this mirror. Just two coats of paint and wax to seal it. This baby was ready to head to it’s new home. My friend was pretty thrilled with how this mirror turned out.
Here’s a peek at it, in it’s new home.
You might have noticed the great accent wall we had previously done or her dresser revamp. Click on name to be taken to those post. Or to see post on the wall click on picture below.
Stay tunned… xoxo ARod
