Transformed Treasures Tuesday no 18

Transformed Treasures Tuesday no 18 a thrifted Christmas tree gets revamped.  I know it’s way after Christmas but this tree turned out so cute I just had to share.  I t was a very quick transformation and so I also did a couple of other pieces that had patiently been waiting for a new look.  I pulled out from my spray paint stash this bottle of Krylon copper paint.  When I saw how pretty it turned this tree I just had to use it again and again.  😉 I think its time copper made a come back.  Some people would say it never left.

I always spray my projects in a box.  Quick easy short strokes.  After first spraying it will always look uneven.  Don’t be worried a second or third quick coat will even it all out.

My grandson was non to happy that I was busy crafting and not watching his little raspberry faces.  I added some white paint & glitter to the ends to make it look like a snowed on Christmas tree.

See how the overspray stays in the box.  😉

Of coarse you will see these words around the house real soon so …

Stay tunned…  xoxo ARod
