November thoughts

Wow can you believe it’s already November.  Here are some of my November thoughts & goals for this month.  I’m always surprised to see how really beautiful NJ can be at this time of the year.  Fall leaves in all colors do make for beautiful wonderful colorful season.  Strolling down the street on any early morning walk I snapped below picture.

See what I mean about colorful?

November thoughts

I’m working a few project around the apartment.

I found this table & have finally started giving it revamp.  Yes you read that right found it as in curbside rescue.  I was riding around lucky for me with my nephew.  Who kindly agreed to help me get it in the car after my gentle begging {more like nasty pleading but whatever}.  We came home got my drill went back and unscrewed table top from bottom.  And brought this baby home.

I’m thinking I will go with a dark stain on the top.  And the bottom just needs a really good clean up and maybe a fresh coat of white paint.  I’m hoping to have this table done in time for Thanksgiving.  Although I won’t be hosting this year I’m sure a family game night will be had soon.

There are other changes going on around the kitchen as well.  I’ve already changed it’s color from yellow to white.  But all white walls are just not me.  So one way or another some more changes are coming.

In my black bedroom the end tables from Thrift Share Thursday no 47 are finally in progress.  I like to beleive that putting them in use pushes me to get them done sooner.

What are you looking to accomplish this month?  Let me know in the comments below.

Stay tunned…xoxo Arod

I like this November thoughts post. The roadside table looks pretty great and so does your bedroom. We are still working away on the hallway.
