Furniture Refresh with spray paint
I’m pretty thrilled with how this table turned out now let me tell you how I did it.
First I painted most the table and drawer with Deco art paint in Cadet Grey.
Then I took a little wine break while the paint dried. Then a second coat
I taped off the bottom part of the legs leaving the part I wanted painted exposed. I used an old box as a catch all for excess spray paint. It’s January in NJ so outside was not an option.
I used Krylon gold for the legs and drawer front. Valspar stone for the handles.
Across the top I taped off some lines and painted them in Modern Masters gold. I found it to be the best match for the Krylon gold.
My mom who was visiting this weekend and was watching my process asked what I was going to do with this table. When I told her I would probably sell it she asked “oh how much”? Which let me know she was really liking it. So yesterday I brought this little table over to her house and gave it to her as a gift. She was pretty thrilled with it.
