My display case is finished.

this was what the closet looked like pre display case
and then I had some ……
lol and a really good friend to help me go pick up furniture on 1 days notice (see full story here)
he can really break a sweat…. gotta luff him

I knew it would be black & white and I wanted it to look collegy is that a word?? but do you know what I mean I think you do!!!    so I got a book of scrapbook paper and went to work coming up with a design
it’s no where near perfect or completely straight but I luff it it makes me happy to look atIMG_0406

this was after first day of glueing caz of course crazy anal that I am I need to do both sides of this cabinet at the same time so I can have them be exact copies of each other I don’t know why I just needed it to be that way so I made it that way I’ve learned to live with my type of crazy just go with me people lolIMG_0491
last pieces then I waited a day before starting top coat below with the glossy mod podge (ps I used the matte to glue on paper)IMG_0526
look at her shine now she’s retty for her close up lol
and yes the other side of closet laundry and all (thinking warts and all)
my headboard that will be a bench one day it’s on chino’s list shhhhh
