craft part of room progress
If you’ve been following me for a bit, you know I took on the June room challenge. So I wanted to share the craft part of room progress with you all. And I know technically we are now in July. Thankfully for me Serena made this a 6 wk challenge so I’m not really behind. If the room is not complete by the end of this week then I will be behind the eight ball as they say. But we will cross that bridge when we get to it. Fast approaching I know… lol
Here’s a little look back at how this room started out
This room started 3 outta 4 walls painted red. The other wall was white. Overfilled with every box of stuff and my Donna dresser that had not yet found its home here in the new apartment. I told you all about how I’ve moved yet again <here.
Project one was getting half the room into a closet. I really like a white closet so this part of the room went all white. This will be my 3rd in as many apartments. I’ve developed a habit out of always turning any extra room, in my apartments into walk in closets. You can see my last one here> closet II. One of my friends was such an amazing help reworking my old pieces into this closet.
I’v started painting and organizing the other side now…
I used the same blue that I used for pops of color in my bedroom. As I still had over half a can left over from those projects. It’s by far the only real color I love as opposed to black and white which are not “real colors”. So they say. lol Even my iPhone cover is that color. I’ll show you below as I also show you the Case&More tempered glass I got to protect my phone. I’m loving my iPhone 6 and definitely want to protect it. I’ve gone threw my other iPhone screens none to wisely so this time taking care of it is totally a priority. So far so good this screen protector works like a dream.
