coffee table re re-do

I’ve been sharing the progress of the coffee table re re-do for a while now.  Since my mom and me both agreed we liked the naked version of this table as it sat stripped for the last few weeks.  I considered leaving it a beautiful naked wood version.  But I cant help but love that  I love I love black and white so I decided to go with ebony for the latest new version of this table.

Here’s how I originally got it…. It was love at first sight….

and what I did version I

and now ta dah… version II re re-do It’s not the ebony I started out to do.  As when I did it ebony I just wasn’t happy with it. Here take a look.  Even CoCo can’t stand to look at it lol.

I then added Jacobean over the top to end with the latest version of this coffee table I love so much.  What do you think?DSC_3479
