china hutch her secrets revealed
Did you see my post about how I got to transform my beautiful garage sale find china hutch. Now this beauty my china hutch reveals her secrets. I really really love how this china hutch has turned out. Besides getting to use the awesome pure & original paints to jazz her up. I added a few secret pops I’m loving.
china hutch her secrets revealed
With just a few little additions this lady really really pops now. Don’t you agree?
Ain’t she pretty?
All lit up and ready to party. Would you believe those are dollar store lights. Yep $3 for 3 lights. One on each self I’m loving it.
I love at night lighting them to showcase my china & white milk glass collection. Oh they shine so pretty in the light.
So the top and the only drawer on this hutch got some glam touches too. I added contact paper to jazz it up. I’m loving the gold touch. Do you??
The handles got a new look with just a few shots of spray paint.
So which of her secrets do you like best?
I would have to say mine are the lights. And I might even add some more as I’m loving them that much.
Let me know in the comments below.
Love the lights Anj! They really brighten up the hutch! Great deal too. Love the whole look you did a fantastic job!
Nice idea to add the contact paper and of course I love a night scene that makes it romantic. This year you have accomplished a lot Anj.
Wow! Beautiful transformation, and I love how the night light turned out. Two thumbs up Arod, your china hutch is beautiful!
What a great makeover! I love all the little touches. Thanks for sharing at You’re Gonna Love it. Pinning!
Great idea to add those lights…all the small touches you did made a great difference! Can’t believe they are dollar store lights.. Great find
I grew up with a hutch just like this one! Chubby legs and all! Love the makeover. The lights make it pop. My favorite is your milk glass collection.
Love the lights and handles!!
I can’t choose just one. They are all great ideas! The hutch is beautiful. I too love lights and though I paid more than $3 for mine, I did use it when I staged a home to sell. I just put the lights under the lowest cabinets to provide that ambient lighting on the counter top…a high-end feature for a low-end cost! Okay, so I guess I like the lights the best too!
I love the whole project, but I think the lights really give it a cool touch. I’m a huge handle spray-painter, so good job there!
Just love how it turned out, great colors, and the liner adds a great touch.
This turned out beautiful! I think I love the two tone paint job and the lined drawer best. It looks so sophisticated now!
