my backyard garden goals

For 2016 I’ve got some backyard garden goals and I want to share them with you all.  Last year was my first try at outdoor gardening and I don’t think I did half bad.  If I do say so myself.  I definitely awoke a love of/for enjoying to watch flowers bloom.  As well as all the behind the scene work that goes into it.  I think you have to enjoy the work behind it in order to have a beautiful garden right?

I’ve started a pinterest board for my apartment goals for this year as well as some awesome garden inspiration.  Come follow along if you like.

So by mid summer last year I decided on moving where I’m gardening as I didn’t like my work getting trampled on when people come to party by our pool.  So this year I’ll be moving the pretty flowers over to where you see below.  I will be finding some way to light along the fence.  To give the flowers extra light as well as give extra light to our yard at night.

These flowers all got moved today #gardening #inthebackyard

I’m just waiting on mother nature now to get my garden going again.  I will be planting these beauties.  I can’t wait to see how pretty these will look.  Don’t you agree?

ps – see my Links party page for where I party & share my projects
