a bust transformed…

do you remember this bust I picked up way back in October at a garage sale at my daughter’s former HS…

I knew I would paint him the minute I saw him.  And my friend Eric fell in love with him as well on his first visit to my place.  He claimed “I can not let you become a hoarder I want that bust. You must revamp it for me.”  So I proceeded to paint it for him.  Now it’s a bust transformed.

Well as crazy as It’s been around here with Ashes Restored business I had forgotten to show you all my little masterpiece.  This bust transformed.

  5. Hi! This is my first visit to your blog via Jessica’s blog party. What you did for that otherwise so-so bust is so fun!!!! It was just kind of blah at first, but you really did a good paint job on it! Your friend’s addition of the shades is wild!!!! I like friends who don’t let us become hoarders! 🙂 Have a good weekend!
